Shipping policy
We offer a range of delivery options to ensure you receive your goods within your required timeframe. We have included all delivery information below to help you with your enquiry. If you have any queries about your order please contact us for further information.
Postage & Packaging Rates
Our delivery rates for the UK are included below, we offer free royal mail 24 delivery for orders over £30 including VAT. Please note whilst our primary couriers are Royal Mail and DPD, we do also use other couriers and your order may be subject to change to an equivalent courier service.

For customers outside of the UK we use Royal Mail, UPS and DHL delivery. The available delivery options and cost will be displayed at the checkout. Please note that we collect import taxes and duty at the checkout, so you do not have to pay any extra charges. If you are a business and would like to place your order without taxes and duty at the checkout, please contact us.
Dispatch Cut-Off Time
We aim to dispatch most orders placed before 3pm monday to friday the same day. For larger orders this is sometimes not possible, if you have an urgent requirement please contact us and our team will try their best to facilitate your request. Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays, orders placed on these days will be dispatched the next working day.
Import Taxes & Duty
All orders shipped outside of the UK are subject to import duty and taxes. We collect all import duty and taxes at the checkout, so you do not have to pay any extra charges. If you are a business and would like to place your order without taxes and duty at the checkout, please contact us.
Brexit & EU Changes
The UK left the EU as of January 2021, this means any orders delivered to a country that is part of the EU will now be subject to import taxes and duty.
Minimum Order Value
We do not have a minimum order value! You can order just 1 resistor, we do not require you to order a pack of 100.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us, depending on the status of your order we cannot always guarantee a cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, please visit our return information section for instructions on how to return your order.
Modifying an Order
Forgot to add an item to your order or need to make a change? Please contact us and we will be able to help. Please note we can only make changes for orders which have not been dispatched.
