Refund policy

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Products that have been used
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Modified products

If you received a faulty or in-correct product, please contact us before opening a return.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Login to your account. Your login email address will be the email address you used for the order.

2. Request a return for the relevant order and item.

3. Submit the return request form.

4. You will receive an email once the return has been approved with the return number and instructions on how to send the package.

Who Pays for the return?

  • We will cover the cost of the return if the product is incorrect, damaged or faulty.
  • For other reasons the customer is required to cover the return postage cost.

Additional Information:

  • Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your return.
  • We do not charge a restocking or handling fee. 
  • You should receive a refund for your payment within 24 hours.
